Step 1: Laying the Foundation

Once your spot is officially booked (contract signed and deposit sent), I’ll invite you to a private Pinterest board where you can start pinning inspiration that captures the essence of your vision. This step is all about building the strategic foundation: we’ll explore your brand’s mission, values, voice, audience, and competition to define a clear direction.

From there, I’ll begin crafting initial moodboards based on both your input and my own research into your industry landscape—what’s working, what’s not, and how your brand can stand out.

Step 2: Crafting the Vision

This is where creativity takes the lead. Using everything we’ve uncovered—from your questionnaire responses to your Pinterest inspo—I’ll create a focused, intentional moodboard that reflects your brand’s heart and style.

Once approved, I move into design mode (aka my happy place!) and create at least two unique and exciting brand identity concepts for you to review.

Step 3: Refining & Delivering

Now it’s your turn to pick your favorite concept! I’ll refine the chosen direction based on your feedback and finalize the assets in a full range of color variations.

You’ll receive everything you need to bring your brand to life—ready-to-use files for digital and print, and a complete brand guide to ensure your new identity stays consistent, polished, and powerful across every platform ✨
